The start pack of Super Concentrate – EEC 1000 – RAW ingredient is built in a 1:4 concentration ratio (so, from each 1 litter of concentrate there are obtained 4 litters of working solution).
The initial quantity of 1.000 litters (contained into 1x IBC) is foreseen to last for an estimated period of 6-9 months of tank cleaning jobs.
The chemicals are having a dual potence:
A powerful harmless detergent, with a non-foaming formula (Gold classified by the North Sea QHSE standards)
A very reliable desemulsifier, which ‘task’’ is to break the bottom tank hard sediments/ heavy oily slops into a three phases solution (solids, water – approx. 70% of the whole quantity and the oily phase).
The water is fully recovered and continuously reused during the cleaning process.
NB: The shelf life of the raw non diluted product it is 2x years and, once diluted, 1x year.

Double Vortex Skimmer

Double Vortex Skimmer
Strongly built in Stainless Steel, our Double Vortex is specially designed to suck the aquaous phase, about 70% of the whole slop volume, which is naturally separated by the desemulsiying process and resend it back into the tank cleaning process. In such way, the initial quantity of 6.5 ³ of water which is the starting volume for the cleaning system, it can be reused for the whole tank cleaning job i.e. a few weeks etc.

Spray Pattern: Produces a concentrated, true 360-degree spray coverage designed to target specific zones rather than a part 180-degree sweep
Application: Built to remove tough batch residuals, heavy sludges, and buildup from the bottom, lower walls, and shadow areas of industrial tanks, open-top vessels, and chemical process equipment
Operation: Powered by the flow and pressure of the cleaning liquid (fluid-driven turbine mechanism), eliminating the need for complex external motors in standard configurations.

The GTCU housing it is a regular 10ft container, built under the DNV 2-7.1 Loler offshore lifting standards, and, simultaneously, with a factory CSC certification, as any regular seafreight shipping container. The 10ft unit it’s delivered together with its wire wrope slings assembly.
